1. When were you last in ocean waters?
:: Around the last week of May, we went to Huntington Beach. Such a totally cool place!
2. When did you last fly over ocean waters?
:: Mid-May. We crossed the Pacific from Asia to North America. :)
3. What ocean sports activity seems like the most fun?
:: Scuba diving! Or if closer to the beach, riding the banana boat :) It sure beats just sitting on the wooden swing sets at home. Definitely more exciting!
4. What are your thoughts or feelings about public aquariums?
:: Educationally, it helps, especially in making people aware about oceanic habitats and such. However, there’s still a part of me that questions the humanity of it – uprooting aquatic animals from their real habitats in order to showcase them somewhere else. I don’t know, I think I’m on the fence about it.
5. What are your thoughts or feelings about sushi?
:: I love them! The Japanese people are geniuses for inventing this dish. Unfortunately, as a pregnant woman, they’re off limits to me right now.
