10 Favorite Articles of Clothing

As the adage goes: better late than never! I love doing my Ten on Tuesdays but, I was kinda busy last week so I wasn’t able to do it then. Anyway, I’ve decided to still do this list even though I’m a week late, heheh! :) Here are my ten favorite personal articles of clothing.

1. RL Polos. I have these in various colors and they’re my default shirt when I’m too lazy to think of an ensemble for those instant trips.

2. H&M Loyal Jeans I have been hoarding and wearing these to death ever since I discovered them. I usually have a hard time finding jeans that fit my frustratingly abnormal waist-thigh combination so, when I found these, I immediately grabbed them and danced the dance of joy.

3. Eddie Bauer Fleece Zippy Vest My husband and I got matching vests, we are so cute in them (not to mention, warm!)! :)

4. GAP Favorite Ts. What spring plungers are for the commode, these shirts for my own comfort. I have them in most sleeve lengths, neckline, and colors, hehe! So comfy.

5. Crocs Athens I got these pair on sale on Black Friday for only $8. I wear them around the house, around the apartment building, and around the block, haha! I love them so much I got my Ninna a pair to match mine. :)

6. Old Navy Microfleece PJ Bottoms. Wearing them as I type this. :)

7. Calvin Klein Hipsters. The best way to start the day is to get hugged by my friend Calvin.

8. RL Chino Baseball Hat. To camouflage the bed head. And the bad hair day. You know what I mean. :)

9. Black Wool Coat. My best friend these past winters. I expect to get a lot more mileage from it next year (and the years after that one) :)

10. My handbags. Could this be considered as an article of clothing? I know I don’t leave home without one, Calvins notwithstanding. Haha! :)

How about you? What are your favorite articles of clothing?

LP44: Tsokolate

Litratong Pinoy

Wala akong masabi kundi, napaka-kalat!!

(With a flash of inspiration, I tasked my daughter and her friend, Ellys, to decorate a chocolate cake that I made. Needless to say, they were beside themselves with excitement! The only thing that I need to say though is: it was one heck of a super messy assignment! Frosting was everywhere my daughter’s little hand touched: the countertops, the couch, the chairs, and even the tv stand!)

(I just placed the plain chocolate cake on a cookie sheet and let the kids go to town with it. Armed with frosting, walnuts, and heart sprinkles, went to town they did! Anyway, I didn’t really care what the cake would look like. I knew that the inside was yummy anyway (ahem, haha!) so whatever else happens to it will eventually just be “icing on the cake”, so to speak!)

Kaya naman ang kinalabasan?

(Ta-dah!)

(A chocolate cake that’s admittedly pretty low on the presentation scale BUT is super big on calories, sugar, and love. :D)

Tsokolateng buhay na buhay DITO, ang aking isa pang LP entry.

Super-sized chocolates HERE, at my other LP entry.
