What do you do when you suddenly get an itch?

The same thing happens when I am searching for a product or service. Personally, I am not an impulse buyer! I take a long time in deciding which I should or should not purchase. For example, I (and my husband, too) take the time to do a personal auto insurance compare and contrast study before we buy.
Besides, insurance – particularly car insurance – is definitely an itch you just can help but scratch.
