Setting Real (Estate) Expectations
Among the first things a prospective homebuyer does is to browse through the websites of various home builders to look at the communities and model homes they offer. One such builder is Lazarus Shouse and I feel that their site is very helpful in choosing among new homes Greenville, South Carolina had to offer. Personally, my favorite part of their site is their promise of a Five Step Process that help set reasonable and attainable expectations between them and their clients. That’s very reassuring.
