Tagged [Seven Random]

This tag is courtesy of Simply Me.

Rules: I must post 7 random things about me and then tag others to do the same. Sound fair enough, right? Each player starts with 7 random facts about themselves on their Blog. People who are tagged need to blog 7 facts about themselves and post the rules as well. At the end of their blog list 7 people you are tagging. Let them know that they are tagged by leaving them a comment.

Coming up with seven random things about me is not as easy as I thought it would be. So, I decided to step it up and write seven things about me that’s related to seven. Sounds fair enough, right? :D

Here we go…

1.  My shoe size is 7. It used to be 6 before I had a baby. So, would this mean that if I had 5 more kids, my shoe size would eventually become size 12?

2.  I attended seven (formal) schools in my life:  Ateneo (Graduate School), UP (Undergraduate), UST (High School), St. Mary’s Academy and St. Theresa’s College (Grade School), St. James Child Care Center (Kinder), and Happy Angels Nursery School.

3.  I am supposedly the 3rd of seven children but my mom miscarried twice before I came along, and then she miscarried again before she gave birth to my youngest sister.

4.  I maintain seven blogs: Confessions of a Domesticated Party Girl, Ninna’s Travel Blog, The Adventures of WonderNinna, Moblogging with Treoboy, The Shorts Collector, WifeSpeaks, and Change of Engagement.

5.  About two years ago, sis Jeanny tagged me with a Seven Meme. Lots of sevens in there if you care to (re)visit. :)

6.  I’ve had 7 homes since I got married: Cainta (PH), Makati City (PH), Lexington (KY), Louisville (KY), Charlotte (NC), Houston (TX), and in the loving arms of Ninna and hubby. (Naks lusot, kasi 6 lang pala ang naging address ko hehe) Ft. Lauderdale, FL. (Yey! Seven!)

7.  Kapuso ako. I am more into GMA7 than ABS-CBN.

There! All done.

Since I still can’t get the image of the dead glutton out of my mind, I’m tagging everyone who liked Brad Pitt’s movie, Se7en. :)

7 must be your lucky number!!! my husband and i like 7, too! but those are all interesting facts.

as to shoe size, no–you will not reach 12, just a little more than , i guess.

hi sexymom, i hope so! or else my feet will become bigger than hubby’s, and that idea doesn’t sit - or rather stand - well with me hehe. ~m

Hi … looked at our random 7 and your answers to the Qs. Delighted to know some tidbits about you. I am a size 5 and I’ve had 7 children — so go figure. You have seven blogs … how do you do it .. i sometimes get stressed with my one active one.

hi annamanila, the blogs have different themes so it’s just a matter of putting the right material on the right blog. in my case, blogging de-stresses me. i guess at the time i started all those blogs, i was thinking: if i had a lot of blogs, i might be able to reach the state of nirvana. hehe! :) but it’s hard talaga to maintain them. despite my best intentions, i think i hardly update three of those anymore. but i try! anyway, i’ve seen your recent pics and i have to hand it to your beautiful genes! you have seven kids but you’re so slim! i only have one child and i look like i have just given birth 2 weeks ago, hehe. thanks for dropping by! ~m

hi aggie, sige! i’ll wait for your answers :D ~m

wow ang dami mo palang blogs.

my shoe size is now 8 [sometimes a 7.5 would still fit], from 6.5 before I gave birth. yikes!

hi jo, i have already said my goodbyes to my pre-pregnancy shoes (and pre-pregnancy clothes, too, come to think of it). i have some relatives who have become lucky recipients of these articles. at least, nagagamit pa rin if not by me then by others. :) ~m

bakit parang hindi naman yata nagbago ang shoes size ko? :) kasi nakakahiram pa rin ako ng shoes sa mommy ko before we left. :) anyway, it’s always nice to know more things about you. :)

hi weng, good for you! at least you can still wear your old faves. :) swerte mo naman you can borrow from your mom’s shoe closet. kami ng mom ko, bukod sa hindi kami same size, we also have different tastes in shoes. so i guess you should start building up your shoe closet for abby na? think vintage! :) ~m

wow, galing mo, you added a twist to the meme! had i seen this before the 7 kikay things about you, i would probably answer this…pero puro 7 random kikay things malamang ang kakalabasan! :)

i remember the i-taktak mo video that you posted of nina. kaya pala yun ang alam niya kasi kapuso ka. ako naman, kapamilya. but my husband is a kapuso :)

hi gracita, 7 random kikay things with a twist would have been really interesting! aha, so kapuso pala si hubby mo, marunong ba siya tumaktak? hehe! :) ~m

i wish my shoe size would go one size bigger. i’m a 51/2-6 and i almost always couldn’t get shoes that i like because available ones are the big sizes. not to mention pag sale, pahirapan ang paghahanap. ideal ang 7! :)

hi abby, ok na rin sa akin ang 7, sana it won’t get any bigger. i love having small feet, its easier to find styles in them, i should know, my two sisters (one is size 8 1/2 and another is 9 or 10 yata) have that huge problem, hehe. plus some shoe styles look better when they’re small, hehe. ~m

i didnt actually want to comment, since there are already comment posts…

well, let’s have this reach 77.

This will be a good post on July 7.

One 7 trivia for me is that: I love the Big J - Toyota’s Numero 7. But when he became a senator, siete siete, i axed him from my favorites.

hi junnie, i’ve never been a fan of the big j (sorry!). at least now, after his senate stint, we have something in common na :) and you’re right, i should have waited until july 7 to post this, sayang! :) ~m

Wow, how do you find the time to maintain seven blogs?! I visited ninna’s travel blog and I wish I could do the same for my kids pero baguio lang ang photos nila! hahaha

hi jaymie, hindi ko nga rin alam how i maintain all those blogs. siguro, its akin to how you run 7k everyday. i can’t fathom that either, hehehe. hey, its not too late to start documenting your family’s adventures! baguio is a great start… after that houston na ulit hehehe. ~m

  10. on 23 Jun 2007 at 3:06 pmduke

your shoe size got bigger when you gave birth? naku don’t have kids na nga! baka umabot ka ng size 12 :D

hi duke, yes my feet did get bigger. baka pag nag-anak pa ako ng madami manghiram na ako ng shoes kay shaq! hehehe. btw, yung feet mo kumusta post-aiden?~m

  11. on 25 Jun 2007 at 12:52 pmdang

    hi ! :)

huy dang, alam ko kung bakit ka nag-hi hehehe! oo agree ako sa iyo! 100% :D ~m

  12. on 26 Jun 2007 at 8:11 amdelish

I used to be a size 7 and a half… now am not really sure because i mostly wear slippers :D

and grabe, all the blogs you’re maintaining! :) me, i just can’t quite update as regularly as i should… lolz

hi delish, pregnancy is weird, it puts our bodies out of whack. as for me, i have bigger feet, bigger boobs, bigger tummy… but i now also have a bigger heart. :) good luck with your pregnancy, stay sexy :) ~m

wow! you are the 3rd of 7?! that’s so cool. i was the only child for 8 yrs (before my bros came along) so i’ve always wanted to be part of a big family (although i have/had tons of cousins to grow up with).

and i like your 7-isms… i am a size 7, but i used to be 7.5 (most of the time) before the baby! my feet have shrunk!

hi kat! wow, ok ha! non-conformist ka talaga hehe. i want a big family din sana, pero i don’t know if my mental state can handle it. si ninna pa lang, she drives me crazy na, e paano if i’ll be blessed with six more ninnas?? i shudder at the thought, hehe. btw, i was supposed to be 3rd of 7, pero we’re only 4 now (due to the miscarriages). sometimes, i still wonder how our family dynamics would have been if we didn’t lose the 3 other kids. oh well. ok na rin yung ako yung naging eldest, at least i have the ultimate Ate powers, mwahaha! ~m

  14. on 28 Jun 2007 at 1:55 pmMaan

So you went to STC for grade school? Same here :D

Dami namang formal school niyan. I only had 2!!! :)

hi maan, wow, anong batch mo? i attended STC from 1st to 3rd grade lang, tapos lumipat na ako sa SMA kasi lumipat na rin kami ng bahay. ok na rin na marami akong naging schools, kasi dumami din friends ko :) ~m
