I’ve been tagged by Renee! (I’m feeling a bit giggly, it’s my first time, hihi!)

Here goes…

1. WHAT ARE THE THINGS YOU ENJOY DOING EVEN WHEN THERE’S NO ONE AROUND YOU?

Oops, paano ba ito? Hmm, I’m having a hard time answering this question. I guess it’s because most of the things I already enjoy doing, I actually do when no one is around, and the things I like doing with other people are no fun doing alone.

So I’d rather just enumerate the things I enjoy doing alone, like…

:: Reading. Without the distractions, I completely fall into a book.

:: Having a bubble bath. Relaxation is when my bubbles vanish softly into the air, silently taking with them the stresses of the day.

:: Writing. In solace, I think my words somehow flow more freely.

:: Cooking. So there’ll be no heckling or booing from the audience, hehe.

2. WHAT LOWERS YOUR STRESS/ BLOOD PRESSURE/ ANXIETY LEVEL?

My blood pressure is something hypertensive people would die for (wait, weird sentence). Anyway, despite this, I still make it a point to keep my stress level down, what with a toddler and a helper-less house to attend to day in and day out.

My list…

:: Sleeping. The ZzzZZzzzs rule.

:: Playing with Ninna. Her laughter is my best medicine.

:: Reading. ChickLit, especially. You can’t go wrong.

:: A Good Cry Every Now And Then. Sniff sniff sniff, sigh, then good to go!

:: Talking. Admittedly, it probably raises (usually) my hubby’s anxiety level when I am in one of my talking moods (read: endless chatter), but talking about even the most mundane of things really helps expel all the nervous and negative energies residing in my psyche.

:: Watching “The Replacements” on Video. Keanu square dancing to “I Will Survive” is always a major cheer-me-upper [along with some early Ate Shawie movies!]

:: Listening to Music. To quote ABBA, without a song or dance what are we?

:: Having a Massage. Courtesy of my own personal masseuse: hubby!

:: Meditating. The golf course behind our home, surprisingly, has been conducive to the achievement of my spiritual tranquility: it’s quiet, my view is a great expanse of well-tended, fresh, green, fairways, and an unobstructed view of the sky. (that is, until someone yells “fore” or a ball comes crashing through a neighbor’s unsuspecting window)

:: Praying. It helps me get through even the most dire of situations.

3. TAG 5 FRIENDS AND ASK THEM TO POST IT IN THEIRS.

Hmmm, lemme see… Aside from Jen, I’ve also tagged my (as far as I know) yet untagged friends. Like me, I think they enjoyed answering these questions as well as I did :D

Thanks again, Renee!
